After serving over a decade as a Marine Corps officer, Bo transitioned to the Northeast Ohio area in 2019 and began working within the Consumer-Packaged Goods manufacturing industry. Bo then joined the Horning, Sarchione & Innerst team in July 2025 because of a deep sense of personal purpose to help people pursue their goals. He is a 2008 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Ohio University in 2020. Bo and his wife Megan, with their children Sydney, Savannah, and Everett reside in Canal Fulton Ohio. The whole family is dedicated to healthy living, outdoor enthusiasm, and camping all around our beautiful state.
